There
is a federal requirement to train all employees on the
motor carrier safety regulations. With the recent push
by the Office of Motor Carriers to increase the number
of audits, this is one area auditors could look for
violations. If a driver improperly completes a daily
log, for example, the auditor could assume, in the absence
of documented proof, that there has been no instruction
on the regulations. Use the following completed tests
as proof of training.
