Oregon, Washington Make List of ATRI’s Top Truck Bottlenecks – Again
While New Jersey claims the dubious honor of having the worst bottleneck in the country, Oregon and Washington weren’t spared. Coming in at #28 (again) on ATRI’s 2023 Top Truck Bottlenecks is I-5 at I-84 in Portland. While officially attributed to Vancouver, WA, I-5 at the Columbia River landed at #31. It should be noted that both locations currently have projects underway that were intended to alleviate congestion. OTA has been actively involved in discussions and planning for both projects.
